Carrie founded CLC Conveyancing with a clear focus on bringing structure, clarity, and calm guidance to Dubai property transactions.
With 23 years' experience across the property industry in Scotland and Dubai, Carrie's background spans estate agency, mortgage broking, real estate brokerage and conveyancing. This experience across different sides of the property journey shapes the way CLC manages transactions today — understanding how each part connects and anticipating what may affect the transaction as it progresses.
Known for her practical, hands-on approach, Carrie is closely involved throughout each transaction, ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and reassured at every stage.
Claire Simpson
Associate Conveyancer
Originally from St Andrews, Scotland, Claire moved to Dubai in 2020 and has experience across real estate, recruitment, and client relationship management.
As an Associate Conveyancer at CLC Conveyancing, Claire supports buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the transaction process, with a strong focus on communication, coordination, and keeping timelines on track.
