I’m Carrie, founder of CLC Conveyancing. I’ve spent years specializing in Dubai property conveyancing and sales progression.


My role is to lead and oversee each transaction from start to finish. I ensure that every detail is reviewed carefully, risks are identified early, and timelines are managed realistically. Dubai property transactions can be complex, involving multiple parties, banks, developers, agents, and authorities. My job is to bring clarity, structure, and calm to that process.
